Red Carpet Premiere

The kickoff night serves up food by 30 chefs, including Providence's Michael Cimarusti, Melisse's Josiah Citrin, Street's Susan Feniger, Comme Ca's David Myers and Bradley Ogden. 200 wineries are pouring.

Stonestreet and Phillips each pair up with a celeb chef, Christopher Kostow of the Restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena, Calif., and Michael Chiarello of Bottega Napa Valley, to prepare signature dishes.

Meat in the Middle

WHERE: Lukshon, 3239 Helms Ave., Culver City
Lukshon and Father's Office chef Sang Yoon and Chris Cosentino of San Francisco’s Incanto put on a four-course nose-to-nail pork menu, with trotters, tongue, belly, brisket, tail and tenderloin.

Daniel Boulud Tribute

WHERE: Montage Beverly Hills, 225 North Canon Dr.
Boulud’s culinary friends, including Francois Payard, Rory Herrmann of Bouchon and Patina's Joachim Splichal will roast the famed French chef, most well known for his Michelin three-star NYC restaurant Daniel.

Woflgang Puck Charity Auction and Brunch
WHEN: Sunday, Oct. 16, 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
WHERE: Hotel Bel-Air, 701 Stone Canyon Road
The brunch, which organizers say will be the first event held at the about-to-open renovated hotel, will see all ticket sale and auction proceeds go to St. Vincent's Meals on Wheels in Los Angeles. Chefs include Matsuhisa, Michel Richard, Craig von Foerster of Sierra Mar Restaurant in Big Sur, Calif. and Douglas Keane of Cyrus in Healdsburg, Calif. Auctioneer Viveca Paulin-Ferrell, wife of actor Will Ferrell, will bring down the gavel on the auction items.
