Eden Gaha Named President of Reveille
The "Celebrity Apprentice" exec producer will head firm's unscripted, creative, development, digital and brand integration departments.
Eden Gaha has been named president of Reveille, LLC, the company announced Friday. He begins the position in June, and will head the Shine Group-owned company's unscripted, creative, development, digital and brand integration departments.
Gaha is currently completing his fifth season as the exec producer of Celebrity Apprentice. Prior to that, he was a supervising producer on Survivor for two seasons and a co-exec producer on The Contender, Pirate Master and Rock Star.
Gaha's appointment follows recent news that Reveille managing director Howard T. Owens will exit the company in June when his contract, which was not renewed, expires.
Shine Group Americas CEO Emiliano Calemzuk said, "Eden's proven creative and show running expertise with major network unscripted productions makes him a perfect fit to lead Reveille at a time when the company internally produces not only two of television's largest franchises in The Biggest Loser and MasterChef, but new brands such as One Born Every Minute and Live to Dance."
Gaha said, “I am very fortunate to have been given this opportunity to guide an already successful company through the next phase of its continued growth. The media landscape continues to evolve, and new media increases the demand for entertaining and innovative content. As such, I am thrilled to work with both the creative, forward-thinking and multi-platform teams both at Reveille and in the Shine Group companies around the world.”
Recent Reveille additions include Heather Schuster as senior vp creative affairs and Matt O'Brien as vp creative affairs.
Reveille's productions, which include The Office, Ugly Betty, The Tudors and The Biggest Loser, have aired in more than 150 territories worldwide.
