'Saved By the Bell' Star Elizabeth Berkley Expecting First Child
The actress and her husband Greg Lauren will welcome their new addition "this summer."
Elizabeth Berkley, who played Jessie Spano on Saved By the Bell, is becoming a mother.
The 39-year-old and her husband, Greg Lauren, will welcome their first child later this year.
The actress announced the news on her Twitter account on Monday evening, writing: "In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them. Greg and I are so excited to be expecting our 1st child this summer."
She added: "My heart is full w all ur sweet good wishes. Grateful for ur support always!! Xo"
Berkley has recently appeared on CBS' CSI: Miami, Showtime's The L Word and the big-screen features Women in Trouble and S. Darko. She also starred in Showgirls.
The couple married in 2003 at the Esperanza Hotel in Mexico. Lauren is a nephew of fashion designer Ralph Lauren and is an artist.
