The talk show host and her actress wife are selling their Beverly Hills property for a rumored $49 million.

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have put their Beverly Hills estate on the market for a reported $49 million. The couple purchased the 12,000-square-foot house in 2007, from Will & Grace co-creator Max Mutchnick, for $29 million and have since expanded the property.

The extremely private home sits behind gates on its own street in a prime Beverly Hills location. The 3-acre compound features a 9,200-square-foot main house, two guest houses and another full separate 3-bedroom home.

According to Real Estalker, the modern home features a sunbathing terrace, pool, fitness center and an 8-car garage. The luxurious grounds provide city views that overlook the Los Angeles basin.
