Elmore Leonard Dies: Hollywood Reacts on Twitter
Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Edgar Wright and Michael McKean are just some of the stars mourning the prolific author on social media.
Elmore Leonard was big with Hollywood.
His work inspired Justified, Get Shorty, Out of Sight and 3:10 to Yuma, among other titles.
So it's only fitting that after the legendary writer passed away Tuesday due to complications of a stroke, actors, writers, directors and executives are among those mourning his death.
Spinal Tap star Michael McKean, who also shared his thoughts on Twitter, told The Hollywood Reporter exclusively of Leonard: "He put us right in the room with those great, awful people every time, guaranteed."
