Elon Musk: "Yo, I Don't Hate Apple"
The Tesla CEO claims Apple Inc. is hiring his former engineers.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted his support of Apple Inc. possibly becoming his competition.
After it was first reported by the Wall Street Journal that Apple was coming out with an electric car that would challenge Tesla, Musk claimed, according to Business Insider, that Apple hired engineers that formerly worked for his company. Musk, however, cleared the air on Friday tweeting: "Yo, I don't hate Apple. It's a great company with a lot of talented people. I love their products and I'm glad they're doing an EV."

The Wall Street Journal reported that Apple has over a hundred employees working on a secret project to develop an electric vehicle of its own. Business Insider reported that LinkedIn profiles for former Tesla employee Jamie Carlson and others who have previously worked with BMW, Ford Auto Vehicles and Volkswagen have started working at Apple.
Business Insider also reported that in an interview with German newspaper Handelsblatt, Musk expressed that his company's former employees have switched over to work with Apple.
"They have hired people we've fired," Musk said. "We always jokingly call Apple the 'Tesla Graveyard.' If you don't make it at Tesla, you go work at Apple. I'm not kidding."
Apple did not immediately respond to The Hollywood Reporter's request for comment
