Actress and model Molly Sims and her husband, producer Scott Stuber, have purchased a new house in Wainscott, N.Y. They bought the Windsor Lane property, complete with its own wine cellar, for $5.57 million. [Curbed Hamptons]

R&B singer-songwriter and reality TV personality Tamar Braxton and her music executive husband, Vincent Herbert, have put their Hidden Hills, Calif., house on the market. The reality pair is asking $7,595,000 for the 12,402-square-foot abode. [Real Estalker]

Late Oscar winner Cliff Robertson’s former Water Mill estate is currently under contract through Sotheby’s International Realty. The four-acre property was first listed for $19.5 million in April. [Curbed Hamptons]
