It makes sense — given her impeccable personal style both on and off the red carpet — that the Beauty and the Beast actress would reach out to members of the fashion community, including designers Stella McCartney, Jonathan Saunders, Erdem Moralioglu and Bella Freud, to discuss the issue.

"I want to get this conversation or this dialogue happening, specifically within the fashion industry — to ask the leading voices about gender equality," says the actress in the black-and-white video for British Vogue's YouTube channel. Watson goes on to ask the influencers about topics including equal pay, maternity and paternity leave, and the ways in which the industry can address these problems.
