Emmys: Andy Samberg Gives Out Real HBO Now Login

Samberg pointed out that HBO's CEO said he was fine with password-sharing.

Andy Samberg wants everyone to appreciate the joys of HBO Now.

During a segment at Sunday's Emmy ceremony, the host pointed out that some audience members might not be able to keep up with HBO programming if they don't have an account for the premium cable channel's new streaming service.

"Luckily for you, the CEO of HBO recently said he doesn't think password-sharing for their streaming services is a problem," Samberg said. "So here's my HBO Now login!"

"The user name is 'KhaleesiFan3@emmyhost.com,'" he continued. "The password is of course 'password1' — got to have a number in there to throw them off the scent."

The login information accessed a real HBO Now account, although it had been edited within a matter of minutes of Samberg's bit. HBO tweeted that the account is indeed real.
