Midway through the 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, Google released a list of the most searched questions from the show. The Hollywood Reporter took a look and is here to provide the answers.

Why are the Emmy Awards on a Monday?

The award show, normally hosted on a Sunday in September, was moved up this year to avoid a conflict with NBC's Sunday Night Football schedule, which is typically a ratings juggernaut for the broadcaster. Because the MTV Video Music Awards were already set for Sunday, Aug. 24, NBC scheduled the Emmy Awards on Monday, Aug. 25. The show last aired on a Monday 38 years ago.  

Who hosted the Emmy Awards in 2013? 

Actor Neil Patrick Harris was the master of ceremonies during the 65th Annual Emmy Awards, cracking jokes about Paula Deen and even doing a little song-and-dance number in the middle of the show. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter prior to the gig, he said his plan was to "not try to out-trick myself."

Who is Kevin Spacey dating?

The House of Cards star is private about his romantic life and has not publicly announced a current relationship, but he did take journalist and CNN host Ashleigh Banfield as his date to the Emmy Awards. Banfield made a cameo during the second season of his Netflix drama.

The only way you can watch the Emmy broadcast is with a television signal, but NBC made a live stream of the backstage action available on its website. 

Where are the Emmy Awards held?

This year, the Emmys are being held at Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles. While many attendees take limos or private cars to the event, at least one nominee planned to bike the hour-and-a-half from Santa Monica to the red carpet

The broadcast is scheduled to run from 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT.
