Entertainment One Reality Hires Programming Exec Jeff Hevert

Entertainment One Reality has tapped Jeff Hevert as VP of current programming and development, alternative programming U.S.
As part of the new position in the unscripted department, Hevert will be responsible for developing new series as well as overseeing current fare, which includes WeTV's Mary Mary and BET's The Sheard's. He will be Los Angeles based, and will report to eOne Television CEO John Morayniss and SVP US alternative programming Tara Long.

Prior to joining eOne, Hevert spent the past two years as a development executive on MTV's west coast reality team under Lauren Dolgen and Colin Nash. During his tenure there, he developed several pilots and presentations and was instrumental in the early development and launch of the upcoming docu-series BuckWild. Before that, the UCLA grad, who got his start in documentary filmmaking, worked in development at Stone and Company Entertainment.
