ESPY Awards: Watch Conan O'Brien, Seth Meyers Slam Host Joel McHale's Monologue

"I honestly don't know what Joel was doing in his monologue," O'Brien said.

ESPN's 30 for 30 documentary series has chosen an unusual topic for its next expose.

During the 2015 ESPY Awards, a skit featured a supposed promo for a behind-the-scenes film called What's So Funny. It which featured notable sports and entertainment figures critiquing host Joel McHale's monologue, which had aired earlier in the ceremony.

"I honestly don't know what Joel was doing in his monologue," Conan O'Brien said.

Added previous ESPYs host Seth Meyers: "When you perform in front of athletes, you need to be perfect — any stumble, any mistake, they're going to notice." Meyers was then interrupted by a makeup artist and said, "No, not now — we're filming."

Also making appearances in the segment were producer Brian Grazer, NBA star Dwight Howard and comedian Hannibal Buress.
