It marked the first week that Evita grossed less than $1 million since the show performances started in March, according to the Times.
Evita, which features a score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and book and lyrics by Tim Rice, is the first Broadway revival of the award-winning 1979 musical.
Elena Roger and Michael Cerveris also star. Martin's contract expires in January.
