Salvador Hasbun has joined the Spanish Broadcasting System as vp sales for SBS Puerto Rico. He was GM at the San Juan Star Media Network. Hasbun also founded his own publishing company that produces "Fox Sports en Espanol" and "Motorzone."



Kristin Gallagher has been appointed vp international development at New Wave Entertainment, where she will serve as international liaison between the company's U.S.-based clients while growing their services in Europe. Gallagher was an entertainment executive at Warner Bros.



Eric Shain has been upped to vp production finance at Disney-ABC Cable Networks. Shain, who joined Disney in 2001 and had served as executive director of production finance, will be responsible for internal and external financial aspects of development and production of short- and longform original programming for the company's networks. He reports to Jewell Engstrom, CFO and executive vp at Disney-ABC Cable Networks Group.



Ana Clara Ortiz has been named vp digital at Universal Music Latin America and Iberian Peninsula. She will report to Jesus Lopez, chairman and CEO of Universal Music Latin America and Iberian Peninsula. Ortiz, who was director of mobile, will expand her responsibilities to include all areas of digital for Latin America.



Universal Records South has tapped Arthur Buenahora Jr. as president of A&R. He was senior director of A&R. In his new position, Buenahora will continue recognizing up-and-coming talent and help to build the Nashville label. He will report to Universal Records South president Mark Wright.



Doug Regan has joined Warner Home Video as senior vp worldwide strategic planning and international finance. Regan, who was at Warner Bros. corporate business development and strategy, will be responsible for the division's strategic planning and international finance operations groups. He will report to WHV executive vp David Hettler.



Rainbow Media has promoted Christine Bragan to vp marketing and communications, where she will lead industry relations, public affairs, internal communications and corporate marketing initiatives. She was director of marketing and communications.



Comcast Entertainment Group has upped John Wood to vp talent booking and Jennifer Danska to vp talent development and casting. Wood, who was executive director of talent/TV, will be responsible for E! Entertainment Television's celebrity talent booking teams and oversee E! Studios Prods. on various series. Danska, who was director of talent development, will manage talent development and casting for E! and Style.
