GUCCI DRESSES UP FUND WINNERS

The recently launched Gucci Tribeca Documentary Fund on Wednesday announced seven projects set to split $80,000 from its film-finishing fund. Jury members selected the winners from 12 finalists chosen by the Tribeca Film Institute, which runs GTDF with the fashion house. The recipients include Ian Olds' "The Fixer," Laura Poitras' "Release," Jennilyn Merten and Tyler Measom's "Sons of Perdition" and Andrew Berends' "Delta Boys."

DOLLARHIDE JOINS MPRM

Clay Dollarhide has been named senior manager digital marketing and public relations at mPRm Public Relations. Dollarhide, who reports to exec vp and COO Alan Amman, will focus on digital marketing and PR campaigns.

VES FETES FEENEY

Ray Feeney, president and founder of RFX, has been selected by the board of directors of the Visual Effects Society as the recipient of the 2008 VES Founders Award. The award will be presented to Feeney, a founding VES member and former board member and vice chairman, at the society's annual membership meeting in September.

CELESTIAL BODIES IN N.A.

Celestial Pictures has agreed to home video distribution deals that will expand the reach of its Shaw Brothers movies in North America, the company said Wednesday. Celestial signed with BCI, Media Blasters and Well Go USA to release a total of 45 martial arts titles in the U.S.
