The Delhi High Court has tossed out Warner Bros.' copyright infringement suit against Mumbai-based Mirchi over its movie "Hari Puttar: A Comedy of Terrors," clearing the way for the film's Friday release. Warners alleged in the August suit that the "Hari Puttar" title was too similar to the studio's "Harry Potter" franchise.

The Jonas Brothers will hit the stage at the Carousel of Hope, a celebrity gala at the Beverly Hilton that benefits diabetes charities. The biannual event, to be held Oct. 25, is honoring Pauletta and Denzel Washington.
