Film Movement offers festival channel

NEW YORK -- Indie distributor Film Movement has launched the Film Festival Channel, a free video-on-demand network carried nationwide by Cox, Verizon FiOS TV, Comcast Washington State Market, Mediacom, Armstrong and Bresnan Communications. The FFC, sponsored with ads by Stella Artois, will present a new ten-hour package of four indie and foreign features with four shorts each month, culling from a library of more than 100 films. Four new films will be added each month and four will be held over a month for viewers in more than five million U.S. households.
