Fox Ups Missy Halperin to Talent Relations Exec VP
The veteran of the broadcast network will continue to oversee its roster of talent.
Longtime Fox executive and head of talent relations Missy Halperin has a new title: executive vice president.
The network announced Halperin's promotion on Monday, noting that she would continue to serve as the top liaison with Fox's roster of talent, as well as oversee their involvement in marketing campaigns, cross-network programming and charity initiatives.
“One of our top priorities is to ensure that Fox is the very best home for talent, and Missy truly excels in that endeavor,” said Fox Television Group COO Joe Earley. “An unparalleled resource and partner to the incredible actors and producers who are part of the Fox family, our talent relations department also plays a vital role in our strategic marketing and programming efforts.”
Halperin joined Fox back in 1989, shortly after its launch. Her tenure at the network has seen her work with casts starting back in the days of the original 21 Jump Street and Married ... With Children.
