Michael Shannon Is a Jealous Man in Paris in 'Frank & Lola' Scene (Exclusive Video)

Matthew Ross' psychological drama stars Shannon and Imogen Poots as a couple trapped in a cycle of love, obsession, sex, betrayal, revenge and, eventually, redemption.

Michael Shannon is a jealous man walking the streets of Paris in The Hollywood Reporter's exclusive clip of Frank & Lola.

Marking Matthew Ross' feature directorial debut, the psychological drama stars Shannon and Imogen Poots as a couple trapped in a cycle of love, obsession, sex, betrayal, revenge and, eventually, redemption. Ross also wrote the screenplay, and Michael Nyqvist, Justin Long, Emmanuelle Devos and Rosanna Arquette co-star.

In the clip, Shannon — as Frank, a gifted but struggling chef who snags a promising opportunity in Las Vegas at the same time that his girlfriend Lola (Poots) is trying to recharge her career as a fashion designer — follows closely behind Alan (Nyqvist), a man from Lola’s past, until ultimately facing him inside a quiet bar.

Paladin releases Frank & Lola in theaters on Dec. 9, when Universal Pictures Home Entertainment makes the film available digitally and on demand.
