'Friends With Kids' Trailer Hits the Web (Video)

"Mad Men's" Jon Hamm and "Saturday Night Live's" Kristen Wiig are among the slew of familiar faces to star in the ensemble comedy.
Jennifer Aniston dealt with Friends With Money in 2006, Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis were Friends With Benefits last year, and now Jennifer Westfeldt and Parks and Recreation's Adam Scott are Friends With Kids.
The trailer for the comedy came out Thursday and explained which of the friends in question were having the kids and which were not. The "friends with kids" in this case are Westfeldt -- who wrote and directed the comedy -- and Scott, her platonic buddy who agrees to raise a child with her.

Their other friends -- a Bridesmaids reunion of Maya Rudolph, Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig and Chris O'Dowd -- find it hard to believe that the pals can pull it off. Complications ensue when new romances come into their lives.
The Hollywood Reporter film critic David Rooney wrote of the film, which played at the Toronto Film Festival in September: "The movie dawdles a little in nudging the central love story to its inevitable conclusion, but the relationships are drawn with integrity and the emotional conflicts grounded in honest character observation.
"That makes us genuinely root for these resistant soulmates. The script also benefits from nuanced consideration of the many ways in which having children changes adults’ lives, going beyond the standard comedy terrain of sleep deprivation, frazzled nerves and diaper disasters."
Friends With Kids will be released March 9.
