Shailene Woodley, Susan Sarandon, More Stars Joke That Donald Trump's "Working From the Wrong Constitution" in Funny or Die Video
"He doesn't even know it," said Cara Delevingne, joining Amber Heard, Lizzy Caplan, Dule Hill and others in the video released in response to Trump's recent actions, including his controversial immigration ban.
Susan Sarandon, Lizzy Caplan, Shailene Woodley, Dule Hill, Matt McGorry, Mehcad Brooks, Amber Heard, Constance Wu and more stars have responded to Donald Trump's recent immigration ban and other controversial actions with a new Funny or Die video in which they joke that he's actually using a secret, cursed, alternative version of the U.S. Constitution rather than the real one.
"He's working from the wrong Constitution and he doesn't even know it," says Cara Delevingne. "It has some sort of dark magic protecting it," added Sarandon, describing how it's very difficult to destroy.
Brooks revealed that it turns out Trump has also been looking at the wrong Statue of Liberty. The celebrities in the video explain that Russia provided a Statue of Liberty that repeats the mantra "fear outsiders."
"Finally it all makes sense, right? He's not making these moves because he's an idiot; he's making these moves because he's looking at all of the wrong stuff," said Caplan.
Hill asks anyone who is near Trump to "swap out his cursed Constitution for the real one." The actors and comedians would also like Trump to be given the real Declaration of Independence, D.C. transit turnstile numbers (alluding to his administration's inauguration crowd boasts) and seven seasons of The West Wing.
