Sunday's Purple Wedding Game of Thrones episode was another not-so-happy ceremony.

After last season's Red Wedding massacre, King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) was poisoned to death at his own wedding feast. While it's not yet known who poisoned him, Peter Dinklage's Tyrion could get the blame after he was tormented by Joffrey earlier in the wedding, and he brought the cup that (presumably) contained the poison.

The shocking death left Game of Thrones fans reeling, and many, including some of Hollywood's biggest names, turned to social media to vent about what they saw.

Stephen King, Anna Kendrick, Jon Favreau, Ivanka Trump and even Dinklage all reacted to Sunday night's event (with Favreau refraining from spoiling the show for foreign viewers).

All told, more than 101,000 tweets during and following the broadcast mentioned Joffrey -- up from 20,000 tweets last week, according to an analysis from ListenFirst. The firm's Co-Founder and CEO, Jason Klein, speculates Twitter chatter about the other characters may reflect whom viewers suspect of the crime.

"While no one knows for certain, if Twitter conversation is any indicator, Tyrion is a likely suspect: after Joffrey, he was the most mentioned character, racking up over 19,000 mentions," Klein tells The Hollywood Reporter. "Or did the Tyrell’s--Olenna and Margaery--who rang up over 8,400 mentions combined, quietly get the job done?"

Overall, roughly 100,000 fewer people tweeted about this episode than last week's season four premiere.
