Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady's Super Strict Diet Revealed

So that’s why they look so hot! Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her football star hubby Tom Brady are two of the best-looking people to have ever graced the planet, and now we finally know why: a strict diet.

The pair’s personal chef just revealed to Boston.com exactly what he feeds the “laid-back” couple, and the picture he painted is pretty bleak. First of all, “[Eighty] percent of what they eat is vegetables,” according to Allen Campbell, who in the interview also calls sugar “the death of people.” Naturally they also eat zero white sugar, white flour or MSG. Guess the greasy Chinese is out.

Campbell also revealed that because they’re not anti-inflammatory, Brady doesn’t eat nightshades. For non-foodies that means “no tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants.” And in case you thought they were making up for the loss of those other foods with a nice cheese plate, think again. There’s also “No coffee. No caffeine. No fungus. No dairy.” And apparently Brady “prefers not to eat fruits.”

And supposedly they love it. They even seem to have forgotten what comfort food is: “I’ve just did this quinoa dish with wilted greens. I use kale or Swiss chard or beet greens. I add garlic, toasted in coconut oil. And then some toasted almonds, or this cashew sauce with lime curry, lemongrass, and a little bit of ginger,” says Campbell. “That’s just comfort food for them.”
