Come one, come all.

Riccardo Tisci is staging his Givenchy show at New York Fashion Week for the first time on Sept.11 in correspondence with the opening of the fashion house's flagship at 747 Madison Avenue. But that's not all. He's planning to welcome the public to join in on the festivities, too.

WWD reports that the designer is opening his NYFW show to 1,200 non-industry folks and is currently working with the City of New York to distribute the tickets (280 of which are being set aside for fashion students and faculty from FIT, Parsons, Pratt Institute and the High School for Fashion Industries).

While the venue of the show has yet to be disclosed, WWD notes that 100 tickets will also be given to residents living in proximity to the location. Those lucky enough to score entry will be seated, albeit separate from the celebs and industry folks, in a raised viewing area.
