According to the Detroit news, via Fox News, the 19-year-old's social media presence revealed an obsession with the 2000 crime drama American Psycho, starring Christian Bale as a charming serial killer, as well as lyrics to the Gotye track and Blue October's "Hate Me."
"You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness," White wrote, referencing Gotye's lyrics. "What a polite murderer," he also posted.
