Grammys Beauty: Behati Prinsloo’s 1970s Jane Birkin-Inspired Beauty

Accompanying her husband, Adam Levine, supermodel and Victoria’s Secret beauty Behati Prinsloo went with a 1970s Jane Birkin vibe for her Grammy night look.

The overall effect of Behati Prinsloo's Grammy night look was easy, effortless and minimal, starting with her understated, blush-toned Calvin Klein dress.

Her new bangs were the inspiration for the textured mane that hairstylist Gio Campora created for her. "Behati just cut her bangs last week, so I wanted to give her a very natural look to show them off," he says. "I wanted her to have a Jane Birkin vibe cool and uncomplicated."

Starting with wet hair, Campora worked in Herbal Essences Bombshell Babe Smoothing Mousse and blow-dried it without using a brush.

He created a slight wave by using Papillon hair rollers a French style of rollers but without any heat, so there wouldn’t be too much of a curl.

After 45 minutes, Campora took the curlers out and applied Herbal Essences Wild Naturals Illuminating Dry Oil Spray, which gave the hair movement and texture. He finished with Herbal Essences Set Me Up Hair Hairspray for an all-night hold.

The '70s vibe carried through to the model’s makeup. Artist Monika Blunder focused on emphasizing Prinsloo’s skin, prepping it with Olay Regenerist Regenerating Serum for a quick shot of radiance and Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream for hydration.

Blunder kept the “glowy and beautiful” effect going by applying a small amount of Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer, which she calls a balance between a tinted moisturizer and a foundation, with a Beautyblender sponge.
