Grammys: Patriots' Malcolm Butler Intercepts Winning Envelope
Super Bowl star and Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman joined Josh Duhamel to present the award for best rock album.
Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler can't stop making interceptions.
Just a week after his last-minute interception clinched a Super Bowl win for New England, Butler snatched the envelope containing the winner of the Grammys' best rock album category out of fellow presenter Josh Duhamel's hand.
"Another interception," Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman, who joined Duhamel and Butler to present the award, joked.
Earlier, Edelman thanked Duhamel for filling in for Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
"You look enough alike," Edelman said.
Earlier, Duhamel made a not-so-smooth move as he tripped stepping up onto the platform from the audience to present the award, which went to Beck for his album Morning Phase.
