Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Reveals Holiday Wish List
The items range from a $95 vintage record player to a $1,040 24-karat gold plated iPhone horn; plus, the actress reveals her dream gift.
Is Gwyneth Paltrow trying to send husband Chris Martin a message?
The actress recently posted a holiday wish list on Goop, her lifestyle website. The items range from a vintage record player -- along with Paltrow's suggestions for some records to buy (Prince's Purple Rain and Michael Jackson's Off the Wall among them) -- to something called an iPhone horn (it's described as a "passive amplifier").

Also making the list are a planter, a stackable vanity tray, a birch tree-patterened dessert set, embroidered antique linens, custom necklaces, a backgammon set and a cutting board, among other items.
Paltrow also offers a suggestion for people buying items for whole families, offering the idea of buying them a set of books whose titles includes the names of each person or creating someone their own personalized scent.
Meanwhile, she notes that Goop has teamed up with a maker of yoga clothing to create a special item that has long eluded Paltrow herself.
"I've always wanted a one shouldered exercise top and could never find one so we've collaborated with Beyond Yoga (who make really chic, comfortable, perfect exercise gear) to make my dream top!" she writes of the item, which sells for $75.
Like Oprah Winfrey's recently unveiled "Favorite Things" list -- which this year includes a $4,999 Bose VideoWaveII and $3,099 Q37ci Elliptical Trainer -- the Goop list includes some pricier items. The Scout Regalia herb-garden planter retails for $250 (which isn't cheap considering, after all, it is just a planter made out of wood), while Giftlab's iPhone horn -- which the company says is "made in Italy from fine ceramic and plated with 24kt gold" -- lists for 649 pounds ($1,040).
Still other items are more affordable: The record player, for example, lists for $95, while the dessert set is priced at $135.
