TORONTO – Harland Williams (The Whole Nine Yards) and Jay Malone are to star in Package Deal, the Canadian sitcom from Thunderbird Films for Citytv.
The ensemble cast includes Randal Edwards and Julia Voth for the Canadian comedy from Andrew Orenstein (Malcolm in the Middle, 3rd Rock From the Sun).
Package Deal, about three overly-close brothers and the woman who comes between them, will see Kim (Voth) start dating Danny (Edwards), only to discover his two older brothers, Sheldon, played by Williams, and Ryan (Malone).
The multi-camera comedy will comprise 13 half-hours to shoot this Fall in front of a live audience, a rarity for Canadian TV.
Citytv will air Package Deal as a mid-season series in 2013.
