'Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Part 1' Is Highest Grossing 'Potter' in International Markets

The film has earned $657.24 million passing "Philosopher's Stone" at $657 million.

Warner Bros. Pictures’ Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 has become the highest grossing installment in the Harry Potter franchise in international markets.

    The boy wizard may be a teenager now, but he’s lost none of his magic. Warner Bros.’ Deathly Hallows grossed $265.7 million domestically and $558.4 million overseas for a worldwide total of $824.1 million. Franchise has been a goldmine for Warners, explaining why the studio decided to split J.K. Rowling’s final book into two parts. There can never be too much of a good thing.
