Eastman Kodak has replaced Eric Rodli, Entertainment Imaging president, who is leaving Kodak, with Mary Jane Hellyar, president of Kodak's photofinishing systems group. She begins overseeing EI and her other divisions under the aegies of the photofinishing systems group on Jan. 8. Two other consumer film printing units are being moved to Kodak's consumer digital group. The reorganization will concentrate FPG's portfolio exclusively on film-related businesses, as well as the digital cinema and services businesses within EI. The restructured group will be composed of three core businesses: Entertainment Imaging, Film Capture, and Aerial and Industrial Markets, which sells specialty films. The group will be renamed the Film Products Group.
