Hillary Clinton Joins Fox News' Democratic Town Hall
The frontrunner previously cited a scheduling conflict that would keep her from the Detroit event.
Hillary Clinton will appear at Fox News Channel's Democratic Town Hall after all.
The Detroit event, announced only a few days ahead of the Michigan primary, was previously only set to include Bernie Sanders. It will mark Clinton's first appearance on FNC in two years and since announcing her candidacy for president.
Town Hall moderator Bret Baier announced the news on the Friday episode of Special Report, just one day after moderating the cable news network's latest GOP debate.
The original Town Hall announcement noted that Clinton had been extended an invitation but her campaign schedule would not accommodate the appearance. The former secretary of state last appeared on FNC in 2014 to speak with Baier and Greta Van Susteren during her book tour.
The March 7 Town Hall, set to air at 6 p.m. E.T., will be FNC's first event featuring Democratic candidates since the start of the 2016 presidential campaign.
