They typically take a backseat to their star clients, but at The Hollywood Reporter's fifth annual Power Lawyers Breakfast on July 13 at the Peninsula Beverly Hills, it was the attorneys in the spotlight. THR publisher Lynne Segall told the legal eagles that "nothing gets done in this town without all of you." CBS Corp. president and CEO Les Moonves presented the Raising the Bar Studio Lawyer Award to his general counsel Jonathan Anschell, who said it felt like his bar mitzvah, though "the stakes are a little bit higher." THR's Matthew Belloni did a lively Q&A with ICM chairman and CEO Jeffrey Berg, who said the digital era has wrought many changes and created opportunities: "It's a time for thoughtful, smart people to move in, not to retreat." -- Alex Ben Block
