Hollywood Hits the Red Carpet

Hollywood came out to toast The Hollywood Reporter's Next Generation class of 2012. Top executives, agents, lawyers and filmmakers including ICM's Chris Silbermann, CAA's David "Doc" O'Connor and Richard Lovett and USA Networks' Jeff Wachtel mingled with the stars of Happy Endings, Ben and Kate and Chicago Fire. "It was a big thrill and a little surreal, too," Bachelorette director Leslye Headland said of making the list (which she has been following since her days as Harvey Weinstein's assistant), now in its 19th year. "If you've been reading it for a while -- to be a part of it now is sort of incredible." -- Rebecca Ford
