Hollywood Reacts With Emotion, Pride to Personal Speeches at DNC Day Two
Bill Clinton and Mothers of the Movement were the highlights of Tuesday's lineup.
Former President Bill Clinton, Mothers of the Movement and Hillary Clinton's video message brought the highlights of day two at the Democratic National Convention.
Bill Clinton spoke about meeting and proposing to Hillary back in the 1970s, sharing personal stories of the Democratic nominee as a mother and wife. She later appeared via video message to "break the glass ceiling" and thank her supporters after her historic nomination Tuesday.
Mothers of the Movement, parents of victims of police and gun violence, also brought the crowd to tears with stories of their children. They also told the audience they supported Hillary Clinton because she "isn't afraid of saying Black Lives Matter."
