Stars switch stylists about as often as Natalie Portman changed outfits this season -- here's the latest on THR's 25 Most Powerful Stylists list.

While powerhouse stylist Petra Flannery (No. 3) does indeed style Emma Stone, Zoe Saldana, Megan Fox and has worked with Reese Witherspoon and Faith Hill, newcomer fashionista Hailee Steinfeld has stylist Karla Welch to thank for her awards-season perfection. Welch, who's part of the bicoastal styling duo Kemal + Karla (Kemal is based in NYC and Karla works out of L.A.), is the stylist responsible for Steinfeld's wow-worthy wardrobe including Prabal Gurung at the Globes, Prada stripes at the SAG Awards and custom-made Marchesa at the Oscars. The styling duo's other clients include Alexis Bledel, Chloe Sevingy, Amy Poehler, Miranda Cosgrove, Zooey Deschanel, Olivia Wilde and Anna Paquin.

30 Rock's funny lady Tina Fey works with stylist Anna Bingemann (No. 5), but stylist Cristina Ehrlich (No. 6) is the one responsible for Fey's show-stopping Oscar de la Renta lace gown at this year's SAG Awards.
