"No matter how it goes, the President of the United States will say it's sad and overrated,” Fey assured Jones.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story star Felicity Jones had a little help from a Saturday Night Live alum for her first monologue on the show: Tina Fey.

Appearing in a hologram in a Princess Leia-esque white robe, Fey offered the first-time host some reassurance: "If Steven Seagal can do it, so can you."

Jones noted she was nervous of poor reviews for her performance, then wondered if the show even got reviews. Fey told her not only did it get reviews, but also “no matter how it goes, the President of the United States will say it's sad and overrated.”

Fey also offered up some sage advice for Jones if things start to go south. "Remember, if all else fails, back in season 35 I put in a fatal flaw in the system," said Fey. "If you take out Kenan Thompson, the studio will explode.”

Jones thanked Fey, and asked her if there was anything she could do in return. Fey had one request: “You must get this message to J.J. Abrams. Tell him I’m technically available to act in films.”
