IAC/InterActiveCorp Paid Barry Diller $3.7 Million in 2014

IAC/InterActiveCorp chairman and "senior executive" Barry Diller was paid $3.7 million in 2014, down from $4 million a year prior, the new-media and e-commerce company said Thursday.
Jeff Kip, the CFO, made $4 million, up from $3.3 million. General counsel Gregg Winiarski was also paid $4 million, up from $2.6 million.
Shares of IAC fell 10 percent during 2014. The company's brands include Ask.com, About.com, Vimeo and the Daily Beast.
