ICM Partners Takes Top Floors in Century City High-Rise
The agency is expanding to the top five floors of the 35-story building.
ICM Partners is putting its stamp on Century City, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Headquartered at 10250 Constellation Blvd. since 2007, the agency will move upstairs this summer to the top five floors and maintain exclusive signage atop the 35-story high-rise.
Design firm HOK will install a central staircase connecting all five floors and a two-story sky lobby as part of its full, high-tech overhaul of the 112,000 square-foot space, which also will include outdoor terraces.
ICM currently occupies three floors of the building once known as MGM Tower, a LEED EB O&M Gold-certified property that was designed by Johnson Fain Partners. The agency was previously located on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
