Inside Islamabad Mansion Where Osama Bin Laden Found Dead (Video)

ABC News has released exclusive photos and video inside the mansion where Osama Bin Laden was killed by U.S. special forces.

President Barack Obama announced the news Sunday that Bin Laden had been killed in Abbottabad, Pakistan, which is about 75 miles away from the country's capital, Islamabad.

The graphic photos appear to show blood splatters on the floor. Watch video above and see more photos here.
