The Internet Reacts to the Second Royal Baby

The news that Prince William and Kate Middleton are expecting their second child prompted congratulations on Twitter from stars like Ellen DeGeneres, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Zoe Kazan.

But Piers Morgan and a number of Twitter users closely following the upcoming vote on Scottish independence were suspicious that Monday's happy news may have been an attempt to keep separatists from voting "yes" in the Sept. 18 referendum.

A "yes" vote would end Scotland's 307-year-old union with England and seemed unlikely until recent polls showed those who favor independence gaining ground, according to reports by the Associated Press and CNN.
