Jay Sean Teams With Serendipity Films for 'Soirée Extraordinaire' Charity Gala (Video)
The invite-only event will take place in Monaco this June to benefit the United Nation Foundation’s Girl Up campaign.
Serendipity Films has enlisted the help of singer Jay Sean, whose global appeal is a good fit for their upcoming charity gala in Monaco.
The swanky, invite-only event, dubbed Soirée Extraordinaire, is set to take place on June 27 at the Hotel de Paris in Monte-Carlo, benefitting the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign. The event is the first in a series set to continue throughout London, Paris and Dubai this year. Sean will take the stage to entertain guests at the debut event in Monaco, which will also include the opportunity to view and purchase celebrated pieces of art.

“I’ve been doing music professionally for 10 years and a lot of you may not know this, but before I was doing music I was two-and-a-half years into a medical degree. So I was actually preparing myself to save lives for a living,” Sean told The Hollywood Reporter in an exclusive interview. “It’s odd because that desire and that need to do something for other people, that doesn’t just leave you.”
As part of his appearance, Sean will perform his brand new, never-before-heard single “I’m All Yours” for the first time in front of an audience.
“It’s kind of like a fun love song,” Sean says of the new track, which he describes as “high energy.” Sean is currently finishing up his fourth studio album (and second offering from Cash Money Records), currently slated for a fall release.

“It’s an experience at the end of the day,” said Serendipity Films executive producer Shaheen Hafezi of the event. “It’s an experience that a lot of people can’t get and we’re excited to be helping the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign and it’s a great honor to be a part of.”
“It’s is an honor to have Jay Sean, one of the most sought-after young performers globally, headlining this monumental extravaganza,” added Hafezi’s mother, Shahrzad Amirsadeghi, who is the founder of Serendipity films and the brains behind Soirée Extraordinaire operation. “This is an experience not to be missed. We are celebrating art, music, philanthropy and life all under the skies of the C’ote d’Azur.”
