$3.7 million French-language drama shooting in Montreal
TORONTO -- Quebec comic and actor Michel Barrette, Louise Portal and Julie Lebreton are top-lining Jean-Philippe Pearson's directorial debut, "Le Bonheur des Autres" ("The Happiness of Others"), from Christal Films Productions.
Related Topics
The $3.7 million drama about an older man, played by Barrette, who falls for a younger woman, will also star Marc-Andre Grondin, Eve Duranceau, Germain Houde and Claude Despins.
The French-language Canadian movie is shooting until mid-August in and around Montreal.

Actor-turned-director Pearson co-wrote and starred in the 2005 feature "Horloge Biologique" and the 2002 film "Quebec-Montreal."
