The Universal Music Group and EMI Music human resources vet will join the ITV Studios U.S. Group strategic leadership team in early January.
Jenise Caiola, who most recently was vp human resources at Universal Music Group and has held senior roles within EMI Music, has been named executive vp human resources at ITV Studios U.S. Group.
She will join the ITV Studios U.S. Group strategic leadership team in early January and will report to both Paul Buccieri, president and CEO of ITV Studios U.S. Group and managing director of ITV Studios International, and David Osborn, divisional human resources director of ITV Studios.
"Jenise has vast experience in the entertainment industry, her expertise working in creative cultures and nurturing talent at all levels will be a fantastic asset to the team," Buccieri said.
Prior to her position at Universal Music Group, Jenise was senior vp human resources at EMI Music, North America. She played a key role in preparing the company for the recent sale process and managed a large team serving EMI’s approximately 800 North America-based employees.
In September, ITV Studios announced the formation of the ITV Studios U.S. Group following ITV’s acquisition of Gurney Productions, High Noon Entertainment and Thinkfactory Media. The group is led by the strategic leadership team chaired by Buccieri.
