Now, as Mexican officials have confirmed that the remains of the airplane have been found and there was no evidence of survivors, celebrities like Pitbull, Ricky Martin and Mario Lopez took to Twitter to pay tribute to Rivera, offering support for the friends and families of the plane's passengers.

Rivera's makeup artist, Jacob Yebale, posted what was probably the last picture taken of the singer on Instagram with the message: "We getting Back To Mexico City.....jenni Rivera ,Arturo , Gigi and Me.. Los Amooo! at Aeropuerto Internacional de Monterrey General Mariano Escobedo (MTY)"
