The couple leased a 1,761-square-foot home north of Sunset Boulevard that includes two bedrooms and two baths, according to Realtor.com.

The house is furnished and features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, state-of-the-art kitchen, ozone pool and spa. Other features include a converted garage that could be used as office or family room, plus a guest suite with its own bathroom and fireplace.

Aniston recently sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $38 million after listing it for $42 million, according to reports.

She and Theroux, who star together in the upcoming movie Wanderlust, reportedly began dating earlier this year.
