Most people can't talk about their McDonald's obsession and butt plugs without offending a large group of people and some type of activist group somewhere. But Jennifer Lawrence is, of course, anything but most people. Which is exactly why Dior is supposedly extending a new three-year deal to the Best Supporting Actress nominee worth between $15 and $20 million dollars.
Page Six is reporting that CAA is brokering the deal for its client, which was originally signed in 2012 and found the American Hustle star appearing in a Raf Simons-directed Miss Dior campaign in February 2013. The ads caused a Photoshop backlash soon after, which Lawrence deflected with her signature honesty and sass.
Lawrence's seemingly large price tag is actually quite standard for Dior deals. In a story that appeared in the September 20 issue of The Hollywood Reporter, it was stated that Charlize Theron spun her own 2004, three-year, $5 million a year deal with the French brand into a decade-long partnership. Robert Pattinson is cashing in on the storied fashion house, too, with a three-year Dior Homme fragrance deal worth $12 million.
Lawrence, meanwhile, has taken her face-of duties a step further and wears the label exclusively on the red carpet, famously falling on the hem of her Dior Couture gown while accepting her Best Actress statue at the 2013 Oscars.
As of post time, Dior hadn't responded to a request for comment.
