The Sin City spectacular and culmination of the former couple's TV talent competition, is set to debut on May 26 at the Mandalay Bay and will feature 50 performers from 21 Latin countries.
Q’Viva The Chosen, the reality docu-series created by Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony and choreographer-turned-tour director Jamie King, aims to find talent for a Latin-flavored Las Vegas spectacular and now the show has a date and a venue.
The live concert, featuring former husband and wife Lopez and Anthony performing onstage together, will debut at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on Saturday, May 26. Blackberry will sponsor the XIX Entertainment production, which is promoted by AEG Live.

A final selection of 50 performers, scouted in 21 different countries, will also be featured in the stage show, which actress, singer and American Idol judge Lopez calls “the culmination ... of an incredible journey.”
Adds Anthony in a statement issued today: “Q’Viva Live is about feeling, passion, and love. It not only unites the raw talent discovered in Latin America on a world class stage but also fuses together the different rhythms, textures, and artistic styles found throughout the region.”

With a total viewership of more than 30 million people across 22 networks and nearly two dozen countries, the program -- a “passion project,” as XIX founder Simon Fuller calls it -- has been hailed as groundbreaking in its effort to promote multiculturalism, starting with the complicated task of shooting the show in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Tickets for the live show go on sale on Friday, April 6 at 10 a.m. PST.
