'Jersey Shore's' Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino Lands Tuxedo Line in Reported Six-Figure Deal

A New York based formal wear manufacturer is banking on the MTV star's appeal to younger customers.
We wouldn’t say that tuxedos are exactly what we picture Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino wearing for a night out – unless it tears away. But it seems a New York based formal wear manufacturer is confident that the star will be good for business.

Sorrentino just signed on to a reported six-figure deal with FLOW Formal to develop a line of tuxedos and formal wear for a younger demographic, the company’s CEO, Brian Weintraub, confirms to TMZ.
“This is great for us and great for the industry,” Weintraub says. “[Tuxedos have] become an old man thing."
The line called, yes, “The Situation,” will become available in February 2012 and includes tuxes, slim fit shirts, and accessories.
This is just the latest big deal for "The Situation," who has already done a line of t-shirts, workout videos, a liquor sponsorship, and a book deal.
