Jessica Simpson's Manager Dad Arrested for Drunk Driving (Report)

The 54-year-old allegedly spent the night in a Los Angeles jail last week.
Jessica Simpson's father and manager, Joe Simpson, was arrested for drunken driving in Los Angeles last Saturday, TMZ reports.

According to the website, citing sources in law enforcement, the 54-year-old (also dad to actress-singer Ashlee Simpson) was picked up on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, handcuffed and taken to jail, where he spent the night.
The first-time DUI offender was released without bail; no charges have been filed.
A rep for Jessica Simpson did not immediately respond to THR's request for comment. A call to her father's office was not immediately returned.
